Where to change the kernel configuration for nanobsd

    Greetings,

I have just installed FreeNAS-8.2.1-ALPHA-r10006M-x64 on a Soekris net6501 computer, to build a replacement for my old Linksys NSLU2.

To run the amd64 build of FreeNAS (or FreeBSD), the net6501 requires the line "device mptable" to be added to the kernel configuration file. I have added this line in trunk/nanobsd/FREENAS.amd64 on my locally deployed copy of the sources, and built an ISO image. Seems to work fine, but I wanted to check: is trunk/nanobsd/FREENAS.amd64 really the right place to make this change?

    Cheers,

    Yes. Right.
I make changes this file. Then "sh build\do_build.sh -f".
And i got a kernel with new driver.
