Note that you'll need to create a feature request at bugs.freenas.org to get the attention of a dev. If you do so, post the issue number here.
Seems like you already got your answer on that other question. You just create a jail and install from GitHub in that jail. Golang is probably installed because the program is written in go. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
